thinking out loud lyrics

When your legs don't work like they used to before
And I can't sweep you off of your feet
Will your mouth still remember the taste of my love?
Will your eyes still smile from your cheeks?

And, darling, I will be loving you 'til we're 70
And, baby, my heart could still fall as hard at 23
And I'm thinking 'bout how people fall in love in mysterious ways
Maybe just the touch of a hand
Well, me—I fall in love with you every single day
And I just wanna tell you I am

So honey now
Take me into your loving arms
Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars
Place your head on my beating heart
I'm thinking out loud
That maybe we found love right where we are

When my hair's all but gone and my memory fades
And the crowds don't remember my name
When my hands don't play the strings the same way
I know you will still love me the same

'Cause honey your soul could never grow old, it's evergreen
And, baby, your smile's forever in my mind and memory
I'm thinking 'bout how people fall in love in mysterious ways
Maybe it's all part of a plan
Well, I'll just keep on making the same mistakes
Hoping that you'll understand

But, baby, now
Take me into your loving arms
Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars
Place your head on my beating heart
Thinking out loud
That maybe we found love right where we are

So, baby, now
Take me into your loving arms
Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars
Oh, darling, place your head on my beating heart
I'm thinking out loud
That maybe we found love right where we are
Oh, baby, we found love right where we are
And we found love right where we are

social studies

1.the were ideal because they had an abundant supply of water, and were by the plains, which had lots of plants and animals. everyone needs water to live, and rivers are ideal. they have flowing water, which never stops. plus, fish live in rivers, and fish are a very good meal for people and animals. lots of animals like to eat fish, so it is easier to find animals to hunt. Also, the rivers were right by plains, which make it quite easy to farm. and, most of the other physical features, such as the Deccan Plateau, are not suitable for life.

Wonder

                                      A Literary Essay                               Ainsley Nelson

On the Book Wonder by R.J. Palacio

do you really have to look like everyone else? (People wearing the same clothes) Is that the only option to get popular(unpopular kids), and have friends?(popular girls) You might say yes. Actually, you probably will(thumbs up). But in reality, being different is better.(people wearing different clothes)And in the book Wonder(wonder cover) by R.J. Palacio(R.J palacio) , 10 year old August, Auggie, Pullman  has to get popular the hard way(walking on a long path). I mean the reeeeaaaaaaaalllllllly hard way(climbing a mountain). Auggie has cranial facial deformity (someone with a messed up face) which has caused him to have to be home-schooled all his life. (School building)But soon, Auggie's parents decided it was time for him to start school (books and backpacks). (Dropping someone off at school) He goes through many challenges,(obstacle course)  but makes some friends along the way.(friends hanging together) When i read this book and later talked with friends,(book club) not everyone has the same opinion.(arguing)To me, this book shows us that people can work together,(people working together) even when there are minor, major, or extreme differences.(a person in  wheelchair and a person without)

In the beginning of the book (first page of a book), you can see Auggie overcoming things with his friends. (friends hanging out)  For example, during The Halloween party (halloween decor), Jack, Auggie's best friend says bad things about Auggie(yelling at someone) right in front of him. Auggie gets mad,(mad face) but stays in school after his mom, his sister, and Summer were being kind to him.(a girl helping someone) But when jack will found out (suprised face) what he did he texts Auggie an apology text(iPhone with messages up), "hey, august. It’s me jack will. I noticed I’m not on ur friends list anymore. Hope u friend me agen cuz I’m really sorry. I just wanted to say that. Sorry. I know why ur mad at me now I’m sorry I didn't mean the stuff I said. I was so stupid. I hope u can 4give me." after this Auggie is still a little mad(someone upset), but forgives him anyway, through the power of friendship. This shows that he can be brave(Hercules), with help, even in hard times(someone doing a test). This is especially hard for him because of his physical differences, (a tall person and a short person)but Auggie shows us that you can overcome anything, even if he is, a little bit, or a lot a bit, different.(different people)

Also in this story, you can see Auggie's friends being kind and working together. They help him even if it affects their popularity(chart line going down). For example, when Auggie lost his hearing aids(hearing aids), Auggie’s friends (and frenemies) helped him fight off the older kids (big kids) trying to steal the “Lobot hearing aids."(lobot)After that, even when they couldn't find them, they did not give up hope(people trying hard to finish a marathon), so they told.(talking to a teacher) This shows that people can care about others(someone helping someone pick up a paper), even if they look or act a little different(a popular kid and a nerd). This also shows that you don’t have to be someone’s best friend to help them.(helping people)
Towards the end of the story(last page of a book), you can see many examples of Auggie and his friends come together(group of kids hugging). When Auggie is brave(warrior) and his friends at helpful and kind(, great things can, and will happen.  For instance, when Auggie wins the award and Mr. Tushman, the principal at Auggie’s school, says "Now will August Pullman come up here to receive this award?"(medal of honor) Auggie's friends help him up there and cheer him on(cheerleaders). This shows teamwork because his friends cheer him on wherever he is(globe). Also, he would never have gotten this without his friends.(group of friends)

To me, this story shows us that, we can all be different, on the inside and out(different people). You don’t have to dress like the person sitting in front of you(uniform). You can be different from everyone else(a person with a different outfit and other people with the same outfit). Different isn’t necciserly bad,(devil) different is good(angel). In fact, different is great. If everyone was the same, the world would be just a boring orb floating in outer space(the world exploding), with nothing special besides a bunch of nothing(white picture).  Plus, if your friends are true friends, they like you for you, not what you wear(friends hugging). Be true to yourself, and your friends will appreciate you for you, no matter what you look like. (medal)

AHW

The doll just stood there. Like it was actually a regular doll. But Alia knew it wasn't. She saw The red liquid (probably blood) drip from her eyes. She felt the doll's arms grab her neck and choke her. She knew it. She knew it ALL.

Rump essay

In the land, your mane is everything. By everything I mean EVERYTHING. Your name is your friends, your job, and your destiny. Basically, your name is your life. Well, this troubles rump. Rump doesn't know his full full name, so he won't know his full destiny.

Swim meet

Since Friday, I've had a swim meet. But t not just any swim meet. I had Clusters, the first championship meet. If you don't swim, then you probably won't understand the difference between regular season and championship season. The difference is that championship meets are at the end of the season and are more important. I did pretty good. I dropped time, which means I got a little bit faster. I was really proud of that because I even dropped in my 50 free, which is especially hard. So altogether, I had a really good meet.

Westcher middle school: the school of misery

I looked up. I saw dark grey clouds hovering over what looked to be a torture-chamber. That building just happened to be my new school.
"here we are sweetie!" my mom called out from the car.
"yay!" I sarcastically answered.
I knew since I was the oldest, and had six other siblings, I had to go to a boarding school. I was 11, my three triplet sisters were 7, one of my brothers was 5, the another was three, and my two littlest siblings, which were boy and girl twins, were two. I was the oldest, and I knew I had to go since my three year old brother was born.
My mom walked me up to the big, wooden door with the pointy knocker. I cowardly knocked. As soon as I rat-a-tap-tapped on the door a plump woman with black curly hair opened the door with a big cheesy smile.
"welcome, welcome! You have arrived at Westcher boarding school. I am Ms. Figglehimer, the director for girls. I see you've found your way, how about you come in and introduce yourselves. I would be happy to find out your scheduled classes for the semester for you. " she said in a squeaky British accent.
As soon as she turned around I noticed something on her back: a big scar in the shape of a demon. I knew there was something up with this school. And I was going to find out exactly what.

YAY! Snow Day

it was pretty cool to have a snow day yesterday, but to have two in a row, WOW!! I looooooove snow days!!! You don't have school, it's pretty snowy, and you get time to do whatever you want!! Personally, I love going sledding. I go with my neighbors on there driveway, because their driveway is super steep. Yesterday, we built an awesome route!!  It starts out smooth, then it starts turning. Finally, it ends on a big jump (like a ski jump) that lands into a fluffy pile of snow at the bottom of the hill. It took a lot of work, but it was soooo worth it. We went sledding for around half the day! I love snow days, and this is why.

Mrs.Fitz

I had a fun weekend, until I found Mrs. Fitz died. Even though I only had her as a choice hour teacher, I knew how amazing, kind, wonderful, and great she was. At least I know she is an a better place. But the one thing I don't know is why. Why did Mrs. Fitz deserve this? Why couldn't she have been able to survive? Why did she have to die? I think everyone at BCS should not be sad, but Be happy for the things Mrs Fitz did. Mrs. Fitz has left a legacy on every student and staff member of BCS. She was an amazing person, and should always be remembered as that. Even if you never had her, you will always remember her in a great way. We will all miss her, forever. But don't be sad, be joyful for the things she did and the legacy she has left on us all.

Mrs Fitz,

We Will Miss You.
