the root?

yesterday was Easter, and that means fancy clothes and fancy food. ugh. this year, for dinner, we went to a place called the root (link to website.). weird name right? it wasn't neccisarily fancy, but i had absolutley no clue what a single thing on the menu was. i'm not usually picky, but in special cases, exactly like this, i was. we went with my cousins, my aunt and uncle, and my other uncle.  suprisingly i actually had fun, even though this post makes it sound like i had an absolutley miserable time, which is totally not true!
